Hey peeps, I've got a really simple Easter recipe you have to try. These little marshmallow cups are super gooey awesome and easy peasy.
chocolate bark, melts or chips
mini cupcake wrappers
(ignore the Christmas plate, it was all I had laying around. Your looking at the cups at the top)
All you need to do is grab some mini cupcake wrappers or candy cups, I got a big ol' bag of them at the dollar store. Alright now melt some chocolate candy bark, melts or chips, I do this in the microwave. Next spoon a tiny bit into each cup and swirl it around so some goes up the sides, you can use a butter knife to help smooth it up the sides if need be.
Let it set. Now take a clean butter knife and run it under warm water. Use your knife to scoop out some marshmallow fluff. Put it in the center of the cup, get the knife wet again and smooth it out a bit.
Top them with more chocolate and let set.
