Make It: Coordinated Party Plates

Using scrapbook paper is an easy way to turn clear plastic plates into coordinating party décor.

To make, cut a circle from the scrapbook paper the size of your clear plastic plate.  Use a small amount of clear glue on the edges of your paper and adhere to the underside of the plate.  That’s it!
